Well, it is March and I have been dyeing fabric daily getting ready for the shows for the first half of the year.  Our first show was in Pharr, TX in February.  March, April and May will be our busiest time of the year and no time in between shows to dye more fabric.  I hope you come to see us at one of our shows this year.  We have Caryl Bryer Fallert two new fabric lines, Atmosphere and Multi Tie Dyed, plus we have added her Gradation II collection.

I hope everyone will have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Randy has been busy making us four new fabric racks for the three new collection of fabric by Caryl Bryer Fallert. They are off to the powder coating guy today and order four new covers.  We are going to have to figure out how these will load in the Roller Home and fit in our booth.  If we are limited to a 20 foot booth at some shows there is no way all of this fabric, dresses and t-shirts will fit, so it will be a juggling act to determine what can go to each show.  Since, we do several shows in a row we will have to haul it all but not unload it all at each show.

I keep trying to come up with a new pattern or idea for next year but I am coming up blank right now.  I hope after the first of the year when I get back to dyeing fabric I will have a great idea for 2010.

We did eleven (11) quilt shows this year.  I am exhausted and crazy!  I have tentatively booked fourteen (14) quilt shows for next year.  I have also decided to hire someone to help me iron and cut fabric.  I will still do all of the dyeing as I am not sure anyone would want to mess with it but I cannot do it all anymore. 

I have our 2010 Tentative Show Schedule on the website, so check it out and come see us.

I am getting ready to do inventory and have a few kits on sale at 10 % off and put a note on the pattern and kit page that there is only three (3) Sparkle and Shine kits left and we cannot get anymore from Benartex and we cannot get the pattern.  Also, will sell the sample if anyone is interested as I will not be able to put it in the booth after all the kits are gone.

07/22/09 - Notice.........

As of August 1, 2009 all special ordered yardage of hand dyed fabric will be $12.00 per yard.  Fabric already in stock and fabric that does not have to be dyed to fill your order will still be only $9.00 per yard.
