Spinning Hexagon -Pattern by Caryl Bryer Fallert. I made another Spinning Hexagon in the Fall of 2004. It is the same pattern just not centered like the other one which makes it more of a art piece. I will add a better picture when I get it quilted or have more time. |

Newest High Tech Tuck....... | Another High Tech Tuck....... |

Stained Glass Poinsettia by Fran Kordek.
Stained Glass Spring and Stained Glass Summer by Fran Kordek. |
This is my latest High Tech Tuck. I like making these because when you finish with the sewing it is ready to bind and stitch across the middle and it is done. I don't have to worry about the quilting. I have made this one into a new kit. I will add to my Pattern and Kit page. | High Tech Tuck Swirl made from my hand dyed sateen fabric. A swirl was used for the background, black gradations for one side of the tucks and part of a 24 step color wheel was used for the other side of the tucks. These were tucks that I had left from the large one I made for David Long. |

New -The one on the right I used black for the
background and a piece of my swirl fabric for tree and border. Then, added
iron on crystals to the background.
Dancing Tree - Pattern by Caryl Bryer Fallert. Pattern takes only one fat quarter of shibori dyed fabric and a commercial black fabric that makes the tree and border in one piece. |
High Tech Tucks quilt that I made this for
our friend David Long, Image Graphics, Paducah, KY. The pattern is by Caryl
Bryer Fallert. Information on how she makes these pieced backgrounds are in the
new HTT CD. The CD contains a lot of photographs of her various versions of this
technique.
It was a thrill to get my picture made with Caryl while we were in Paducah this year. |
High Tech Tucks - Same pattern
but made a little larger, plus I added a small inter border. Another High Tech Tucks is my Hoffman Challenge quilt. It won viewer choice at a local quilt shop. |
